Role Description The Admission Counselor will work full time on-site in the Pune Division, guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for Mentor Me’s finance programs. The role involves responding to inquiries, explaining course offerings and career outcomes, and supporting candidates in selecting the right programs based on their goals and background.



The counselor will conduct phone calls, video interactions, and in-person meetings, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in the admissions system. Daily tasks include follow-up communication, coordinating with training and operations teams, and ensuring a positive, transparent, and supportive experience for all applicants from first contact through enrollment. The counselor will also contribute to outreach initiatives, events, and partnerships that promote Mentor Me’s programs and help grow the learner community.
Qualifications
