We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding the Salesforce services portfolio. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in business development, enterprise sales, and Salesforce solutions.
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from prospect identification and lead generation through discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, an understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to engage with business and technology decision-makers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new business development and revenue growth for Salesforce services and solutions.
Identify, qualify,



and develop new prospects across relevant industries and target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, IT decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Understand customer business challenges and position appropriate Salesforce solutions to address their requirements.
Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, partnerships, and other channels.
Develop and execute account strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Conduct client presentations, discovery meetings, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with Salesforce consultants, solution architects, delivery teams, and technical experts to develop relevant proposals.
