As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Talent Experience & Engagement, Advanced Analytics & AI team, you will be responsible for…

Supporting the design and execution of analytical projects using behavioral science, statistical, and experimental design principles
Integrating, transforming, cleaning, and validating data from multiple systems to create usable data sets for analysis and reporting




Developing insights from statistical and machine learning models across workforce, employee lifecycle, and survey research topics
Conducting analytics and model development on Microsoft Azure platforms, including Azure Databricks and Apache Spark-based environments
Implementing scalable and automated processes to improve model production, research workflows, and business decision support
