Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can operate Digital Marketing daily activities with up-to-date AI tools effectively and has practical experience with Meta and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate should understand how digital campaigns work, be comfortable executing and optimizing ad campaigns, and be willing to use AI tools and automation to improve marketing productivity and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on execution and optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Understand campaign setup, targeting, audience strategy, budgets, bidding, creatives, and performance optimization.
Support digital marketing strategy based on campaign data and business objectives.
Use AI tools for marketing research, content, analysis, reporting, campaign support, and automation.
Explore and implement AI automation and AI-powered marketing workflows.
Support SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization),



and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives.
Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
Work with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
Identify campaign or tracking issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Prepare simple, clear campaign performance reports and actionable insights.
Must Have
2–3 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Understanding of paid advertising strategy and campaign optimization.
Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging AI platforms.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Basic understanding of SEO, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
Ability to independently operate marketing platforms and tools.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Experience with AI automation / AI agent
