About The Role

This is not an Executive Assistant role.

This is an opportunity to work directly with an entrepreneur building multiple businesses, partnerships, leadership initiatives, franchise ecosystems, real estate ventures, and future-focused projects.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, partnerships, communication, operations, and business development.

You will work closely with the Founder to drive projects, build relationships, coordinate initiatives, solve problems, and ensure ideas move into action.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, energetic, curious, people-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to learn entrepreneurship from the front row.

What You Will Do
Strategic Projects

* Support the execution of key business and growth initiatives.
* Coordinate projects across multiple businesses and ventures.
* Conduct research, gather insights, and prepare recommendations.
* Track project timelines,



deliverables, and milestones.
* Assist in launching current initiatives, partnerships, and expansion plans.
* Ensure follow-through on commitments and action items.

Partnerships & Relationship Management

* Coordinate with clients, partners, consultants, investors, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Support partnership discussions and follow-up activities.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Represent the Founder professionally in meetings and events when required.
* Ensure timely communication and execution across stakeholders.

Founder Support & Execution

* Help manage priorities and ensure important initiatives move forward.
* Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and discussion notes.
* Organize information, tasks, and project updates.
* Follow up with teams and stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered.
* Help the Founder stay focused on high-value activities.
