We are seeking an accomplished Head of Engineering to provide strategic technical leadership, drive engineering excellence, and oversee large-scale application development and product engineering initiatives. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on technology leader with strong expertise in building scalable software products, modern cloud-native architectures, and AI-enabled solutions.
The role will involve leading a large engineering organization, translating business and architectural objectives into execution, and ensuring high standards across technology, delivery, quality, and innovation. You will also work directly with enterprise clients and senior technology stakeholders to understand complex business challenges and shape effective technical solutions.




The ideal candidate combines deep engineering expertise with solid organizational leadership, client-facing capability, and practical experience implementing AI/ML and Generative AI technologies in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical vision and strategic direction for application development and product engineering initiatives.
Lead and mentor a large-scale engineering organization across multiple products, platforms, and technology teams.
Partner with architecture leadership to translate enterprise architecture strategies into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Remain technically hands-on through architecture reviews, complex system design, technical assessments, and proof-of-concept development.
Drive the adoption and production implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities across products and business solutions.
