Role Description The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi,



responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities for high-end architectural and interior projects. This role supervises site teams, coordinates with designers, engineers, and contractors, and ensures that work is executed in line with project plans, quality standards, and timelines. The Construction Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, monitors progress, and addresses technical and operational issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The position also enforces construction safety protocols, manages materials and resources, and maintains clear, professional communication with stakeholders. The supervisor is expected to document site activities, prepare progress reports, and support seamless project handover upon completion.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience to manage in office teams and coordinate daily construction activities.
