Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Community Manager / Influencer Outreach professional to help build and grow an engaged online community while developing strong relationships with influencers, creators, and relevant partners.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable identifying potential collaborators, managing outreach, coordinating campaigns, engaging with online communities, and representing the brand in a professional and authentic way.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research relevant influencers, creators, community partners, and potential brand advocates.
Conduct influencer outreach through email, social media, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers and community members.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, campaigns, product promotions, and partnership opportunities.
Manage day-to-day engagement across relevant social media and community platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, and community conversations in a timely and professional manner.
Help grow community engagement,



awareness, and brand advocacy.
Maintain an organized database or tracker of influencers, outreach activity, responses, collaborations, and campaign status.
Work closely with marketing and internal stakeholders on campaign messaging and community initiatives.
Monitor influencer and social media trends to identify new engagement opportunities.
Track campaign and outreach performance and provide regular updates on key metrics and results.

Requirements
Previous experience in community management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or outreach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident in reaching out to new people and building professional relationships.
Good understanding of major social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, or similar platforms.
Ability to research and identify relevant influencers and creators based on target audience
