About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence and drive qualified leads for premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing and lead-generation strategies
* Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, and property portals
* Build and maintain Naverah Assets’ premium brand presence
* Plan content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
* Coordinate premium property shoots, reels, walkthroughs, and marketing campaigns
* Manage website, landing pages, SEO, and digital campaigns
* Create high-quality brochures, presentations, ads,



and WhatsApp creatives
* Work closely with the sales team to track leads, site visits, and conversions
* Plan and support premium events, project launches, and offline marketing activities

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in real estate, digital, performance, or luxury marketing
* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, and lead generation
* Good understanding of Canva, CapCut, SEO, WordPress, and GA4
* Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
* Experience in premium/luxury real estate is preferred
