Role & responsibilities
- Manage and oversee service operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide technical support for VRF and PAC systems, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and qualified manner.
- Collaborate with SSDs to ensure seamless service and sales operations.
- Oversee project and VRF commissioning, ensuring all installations meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve VRF system issues, providing expert guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate records of service operations, customer interactions, and technical support activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in project management and commissioning.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
