We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead IT Security Engineer to join our team.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, cloud technologies, and hands-on experience with Zscaler products. As a Lead Zscaler Security Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of Zscaler solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Zscaler solutions
- Collaborate with support teams to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Zscaler products
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
- Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference
- Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler features, updates, and industry trends
