Role Description The Transformation Delivery Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of SAP-led transformation initiatives.



This role involves managing project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that solutions align with clients’ business blueprints and strategic objectives. The Transformation Delivery Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define scope, mitigate risks, and track progress, while maintaining clear communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include leading status reviews, resolving delivery issues, supporting change management activities, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies. The role also requires close collaboration with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions and successful go-lives.
Qualifications
Strong project and transformation delivery skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management.
