What We Do

Mojro is a logistics automation platform solving NP-Hard route and load optimization problems at scale for enterprise customers like Asian Paints, Cargill, Unilever, and P&G.; Our algorithms move goods across India smarter, faster, and with fewer kilometres wasted. If you have never seen a constraint-satisfaction engine running at 2,500 RPS on a Tuesday morning, you will at Mojro.

Why This Role Exists

We are not hiring a senior developer with a fancy title. We are hiring a leader who can do the work, explain the work, improve the work, and pull a team of sharp engineers toward harder problems all at once.

You will join as one of a small number of Staff Engineers who collectively own the engineering quality bar at Mojro. You will report to the Head of Engineering, work directly with Principal Architects, and your decisions will ship to production.
