Role Description

The Creator Onboarding Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting the onboarding journey of creators joining Biggbell’s ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential creators across niches, guiding them through registration and profile setup,



and ensuring complete, accurate information in the platform. The intern will coordinate introductory calls, clarify platform features, and help creators understand community guidelines, collaboration processes, and campaign workflows. They will maintain onboarding trackers, collect feedback, and collaborate with marketing, community, and operations teams to improve the creator experience. The role involves regular communication with creators via email, messaging, and calls, and contributing ideas to strengthen Biggbell’s creator communities.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and build trust with creators.
Basic knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and the creator economy.
