Role Descrng>iption The Relationship Manager – Bancassurance is a full-time, in office role responsible for driving life insurance business through designated bank branches and partner locations. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, training them on Bajaj Life products, and supporting joint customer meetings to generate leads and close sales. The role includes understanding customer financial needs, recommending suitable life insurance solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding and policy issuance experience. The Relationship Manager will track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and adhere to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams for service resolutions, participating in local marketing activities, and consistently working toward achieving defined sales and quality targets.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong sales and relationship management skills, including business development, customer engagement,



and cross-selling within a bancassurance or financial services environment.
Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance products clearly and collaborate effectively with bank staff and customers.
Candidates should possess basic financial and insurance knowledge, including understanding of life insurance concepts, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
Candidates should possess planning and analytical skills, such as target setting, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making to improve branch-level outcomes.
Candidates should possess proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or sales systems for lead management, documentation, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in finance, business, or insurance is preferred.
Prior experience in bancassurance, life insurance, banking, or financial services sales is highly beneficial
