Role Description The MEP Quantity Surveyor is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for mechanical, electrical,



and plumbing works, ensuring accurate measurement and documentation of all project quantities. The MEP Quantity Surveyor will support cost planning and budgeting, monitor project expenditures, and assist in cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include analyzing drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams, and preparing cost reports and forecasts for management review. The role also includes participation in tender preparation, evaluation of contractor claims, and support for value engineering and commercial risk management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off for MEP works.
