Role Overview

The Assistant Manager - IT Operations (or) Team Lead - IT Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT support operations, end-user computing, IT asset management, user onboarding/offboarding, access management, Microsoft 365 support, network support, IT procurement, vendor management, and IT service reporting. The role will ensure IT support services are delivered efficiently, securely, and within defined SLAs while driving process standardization through ITSM platforms.

IT End User Computing & Infrastructure Support

Manage end-user support for Windows laptops, desktops, and MacBooks across all business locations.

Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices, operating systems, printers, and business applications.

Perform hardware diagnostics, software installation, OS upgrades, security patching, and preventive maintenance.

Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims, and replacements with OEMs and authorized vendors.

Maintain standardized endpoint configurations and ensure compliance with IT policies.

IT Asset Management





Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, allocation, movement, maintenance, and disposal.

Maintain accurate asset inventory records including asset details, warranty, location, ownership, and lifecycle history.

Conduct periodic physical asset verification and ensure asset compliance.

Generate asset utilization, warranty, replacement, and inventory reports.

IT Service Desk & ITSM Management

Manage IT incidents, service requests, and user support through the ITSM platform.

Monitor ticket queues, prioritize critical issues, and ensure SLA compliance.

Escalate complex incidents to relevant teams and vendors.

Analyze recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.

Maintain complete documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge articles.
