Graduate Civil Engineering/Planner or equivalent with 21+ Years experience in Tourism Infrastructure/ Urban Infrastructure Sector or Masters in Civil Engineering/Planner or Equivalent (Related to Civil Engineering only) with at least 12+ Years of experience in Urban/ Tourism Infrastructure Sector. Experience as Team Leader of at least 3-5 urban/ Tourism sector flagship programs of GoI. He /she should have experience in working in Himalayan region/ state. Extensive multilateral / Overseas funded projects experience of at least 4 or more projects.

Role & Responsibilities – Project Coordinator (Design & Contract Management)
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely deliverables and overall project administration.
- Manage contract-related tasks and oversee project execution to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.




- Develop activity schedules and plan for the site's progress, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Oversee the design process for all elements, including the creation of working drawings.
- Collaborate with conservation specialists and archaeologists to provide accurate estimates for the project.
- Prepare associated bidding documents and assist PIU/PMU in the bidding process, including bid invitations, bid evaluations, and contract awards for all project components.
- Support PIU/PMU in the overall management of works, resolving contractual issues as they arise.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings for all project components.

Preferred Notice Period - Up to 60 days will be preferred.
