Role Description The Area Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for driving business growth and market penetration for Intellify Health’s pediatric nutraceutical portfolio. Day-to-day activities include managing and expanding relationships with pediatric super-specialists, planning and executing field visits, and presenting product information in a clear, ethical, and science-driven manner.



The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing territory data, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets. The Area Business Manager will coordinate local promotional activities, participate in medical events or conferences, and ensure timely feedback from the field is shared with internal teams. This position requires close collaboration with marketing, sales leadership, and medical teams to align territory plans with overall business objectives.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, ideally within pediatrics, nutraceuticals, or related therapeutic areas.
Strong territory management and business development skills, including planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities to engage with super-specialty doctors and healthcare stakeholders.
