About the Role
As a Talent & Recruitment Intern, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding new interns/Campus Ambassadors for The Hustler Brands. This is real recruitment experience — not a sales role. You'll learn how to identify candidates, run screening conversations, and manage a small hiring pipeline end to end.

Responsibilities
Source candidates for open intern/Campus Ambassador roles across our programs (via LinkedIn, college groups, referrals, etc.)
Screen applicants — conduct basic eligibility checks and short intro conversations
Shortlist and forward qualified candidates for final approval
Onboard selected candidates — share JD, offer letter, and onboarding material
Track your hiring pipeline (candidates contacted → screened → hired) in a shared tracker




Monitor your hired interns' early performance and flag issues (non-response, ghosting, confusion) within their first week

Requirements
Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable reaching out to strangers and following up
Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking
Self-motivated — this is a remote, largely independent role

Stipend Structure
Performance-based. Stipend is triggered only when interns/CAs you have hired meet the delivery condition below (see Performance Condition).

Performance Condition — Minimum Delivery Requirement
To ensure hiring quality (not just hiring volume), the following condition applies:
Each intern/Campus Ambassador you hire must independently deliver a minimum of 3 workshop registrations within their first 10 days
