Key Responsibilities
1. Lead hands-on Salesforce development and integration delivery across Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Salesforce Clean Energy Module, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and core platform capabilities.
2. Design, build, and review solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, platform events, custom metadata, validation rules, permission sets, and reusable platform patterns.
3. Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST or SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, batch interfaces, data services, SAP BTP, and customer-facing APIs.
4. Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data mappings, and architecture direction into implementation-ready technical designs and development tasks.
5. Establish and enforce development standards, code quality, security, unit testing, naming conventions, documentation, deployment readiness, and production-support expectations.
6. Perform technical design, code, configuration,



and integration reviews; resolve complex defects, governor-limit issues, performance concerns, and deployment blockers.
7. Coordinate and mentor developers in India and other locations while maintaining transparent communication, delivery ownership, and effective overlap with onshore teams.
8. Partner with architects, BAs, QA, data migration, security, release, and integration teams through design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
Required Qualifications
1. 7+ years of relevant enterprise delivery experience, including senior-level ownership of complex workstreams, mentoring, and delivery quality.
2. Hands-on Salesforce development leadership experience across complex enterprise implementations.
3. Demonstrated implementation experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, and the Salesforce Clean Energy Module.
4. Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales C
