Location: Thane, Mumbai Experience: 2–5 Years Department: Sales & Business Development Role Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Biz2X’s growth within the Digital Lending Operations space. In this role,



you will drive early-stage sales activities by identifying and researching prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for our sales team to engage with Banks, NBFCs, NBFIs, and other Financial Institutions . You will work closely with the Sales and GTM teams to support market intelligence, build targeted outreach strategies, and help establish Biz2X as a preferred digital lending platform partner. Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting & Lead Generation Conduct primary and secondary research to identify prospective clients across the BFSI sector. Build and maintain a robust database of potential accounts and key decision-makers. Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.). Drive top-of-the-funnel activities to ensure consistent lead flow into the sales pipeline. 2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Support Assist in the development of GTM strategies , including segment
