Role Overview We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to support the Head of Partnerships & Communications across institutional/CSR fundraising, HNI engagement, events, and donor communications. This is a hands-on execution role — the ideal candidate is organized, a strong writer, comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, and able to turn direction into polished, ready-to-send output. The role suits someone early-to-mid career who wants to learn the full partnerships cycle while working closely with senior leadership.



Key Responsibilities Partnerships & Fundraising Support Support the Head of Partnerships in researching and building a pipeline of prospective corporates, foundations, HNIs, and donors. Draft first cuts of proposals, grant applications, and outreach notes for review, tailored to each partner's mandate. Maintain and update the donor/partner tracker, follow-up schedule, and pipeline status. Prepare briefing notes ahead of donor meetings and draft follow-up communications post-meeting. Communications & Content Support Draft donor-facing content — decks, one-pagers, reports, and newsletters — for the Head of Partnerships to review and finalize. Support LinkedIn and other digital content aligned with fundraising and partnership narratives. Maintain consistent formatting, tone, and branding across all partnership collateral. Events & Coordination Provide end-to-end coordination support for donor and partner events — logistics, invitee lists, RSVPs, vendor coordination,
