Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and relocation partners, to expand occupancy and revenue.



The representative will manage the sales pipeline, conduct property presentations and site visits, and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing local marketing campaigns, maintaining online listings and promotional materials, and gathering market insights to support pricing and positioning strategies. The role also requires providing responsive customer service, coordinating with operations and front-office teams, and preparing regular sales and performance reports.
