This opportunity is ideal for a professional who has strong experience supporting complex projects, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, maintaining project governance, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring that project activities move forward according to agreed timelines and priorities. Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 8+ Years CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA Function: Project Management / PMO Employment Type: Full time About the Role The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, project teams, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects. The role requires strong ownership of coordination activities, project documentation, reporting, meeting governance, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and follow-up across the complete project lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities ✔ Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution ✔ Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, action registers, and project documentation ✔ Monitor project progress and proactively follow up on pending tasks, deliverables, and action items ✔ Coordinate internal meetings, customer meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions ✔ Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, supporting materials, MOMs, and action trackers ✔ Ensure action items are clearly assigned, tracked, and followed through to timely completion ✔ Compile and maintain weekly and monthly project status reports ✔ Collect project updates from team members and stakeholders and consolidate them into meaningful reporting ✔ Maintain project dashboards and reporting tools ✔ Support budget tracking, invoicing, and project administration ✔ Maintain and monitor Risk, Assumption, Issue, Depend
