Job Summary The Vice President – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client satisfaction. The role focuses on optimizing processes, maximizing revenue realization, and building scalable, high-performing RCM operations. Location : Mohali and Jaipur Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute RCM strategy aligned with organizational goals Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scalability Partner with executive leadership on long-term growth initiatives Lead transformation initiatives including automation and digital adoption Operations Management Oversee end-to-end RCM lifecycle including: Patient/Client onboarding, eligibility & authorization Charge capture, coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS where applicable) Claim submission & clearinghouse management
