Job Overview
Homish is looking for motivated Property Acquisition & Sales Agents to source genuine property owners, bring property listings to Homish, promote them, and support buyers and tenants throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
Source Property Owners: Find genuine property owners and available properties through Facebook, Reddit, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other local community groups.
Acquire Listings: Contact owners, explain Homish, and assist them in listing their properties on homish.in with accurate information and valid documents where possible.
Promote Properties: Cross-post Homish listings across relevant social media and community channels to maximize reach.
Coordinate Buyers & Tenants: Handle inquiries, connect interested buyers/tenants with owners, and coordinate property visits.
Attend Site Visits: Represent Homish professionally during property visits and meetings when required.
Customer Support: Assist customers with post-transaction requirements, including Rental Agreements and Sale Agreements.
Maintain Records:



Keep proper records/screenshots of owner interactions, listings, cross-posting, inquiries, and site visits.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local property market.
Experience in real estate, sales, rentals, or customer acquisition is preferred.
Comfortable using Facebook, Reddit, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Solid follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel locally for property visits.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
