About The Role : We are looking for a seasoned, results-driven Area Sales Manager to own and scale SaveIN’s healthcare partner network across a defined multi-city region. This is a leadership role with direct ownership of area revenue, team performance, and market expansion strategy. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers and Executives, build strategic partnerships, and serve as the bridge between field execution and company-level growth objectives. Employment Type : Full-Time Work Mode : Field Working Days: 6-days a week Experience Required : 5 to 7 yrs. Reporting To : Regional Sales Manager Vehicle Requirement : 2-wheeler is mandatory. Area Revenue & Growth Ownership • Own the area's revenue targets, activation metrics, and partner growth KPIs across multiple cities. • Develop and execute a quarterly territory growth plan aligned with company-level objectives. • Identify current markets, micro-geographies, and high-potential partner segments for expansion within the region. Team Leadership & Performance Management • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDMs and BDEs across the region. • Set clear individual and team targets; conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions. • Drive hiring recommendations for field roles in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team. • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the regional team.
