We are seeking a professional with 2-5 years of experience in operations, insurance, banking, or financial services. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. A keen eye for detail, customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team are essential. Experience in the 401(k) domain will be an added advantage.

Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation, providing valuable insights for better decision-making.
