Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Koramangala. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities across Vijesha’s technology and training offerings, focusing on generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, reaching out to potential clients via calls,



emails, and meetings, and presenting solutions that align with client needs. The role also involves managing and nurturing client accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, provide regular sales reports, and contribute ideas to improve go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline.
