Job Description Summary:

The Associate People Operations Partner is a member of Rocket Software’s Global People Services Team, providing a superb Rocketeer experience through responsive, high-quality day-to-day support to Rocketeers worldwide. Based in Pune, this role combines global helpdesk support, ownership of India current hire onboarding, accurate execution of transactional People processes, support to other People Centers of Excellence (COEs), and administrative support.

As an early point of contact for People-related questions, the Associate People Operations Partner helps employees and managers navigate Rocket’s People policies, procedures, and self-service tools. The role is focused on operational excellence, data accuracy, and a positive Rocketeer experience, while supporting process improvement and scalability across the global People Operations function.
