Position: Carrier Management Executive
Experience: 1.5–2 years preferred
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 CTC per month

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Carrier Management Executive to join our Logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with carriers, managing transportation activities, ensuring timely movement of shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with carriers and transportation partners for shipment movement.
Manage and monitor carrier schedules, pickups, deliveries, and shipment status.
Communicate with carriers to resolve delays, operational issues, and other transportation-related concerns.
Follow up regularly to ensure shipments are moving as per schedule.
Maintain accurate records of carrier details, shipments, and transportation activities.
Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Identify and escalate operational issues when required.
Build and maintain professional relationships with carrier partners.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with all relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain regular reports related to carrier performance and shipment status.
Requirements:
1.5–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, carrier management, freight operations, or a related field preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM shift.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
