Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Coach role based in Coimbatore. The Coach will guide and support MSME clients in understanding and effectively using Quick Cash Flow’s financial products and services. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, explaining credit options and processes in clear terms, and helping clients improve their financial planning and cash flow management. The Coach will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is captured and used to refine offerings, and will maintain accurate records of coaching interactions and outcomes. The role also involves ongoing learning about products, regulatory requirements, and market trends to provide up-to-date guidance to clients.
Qualifications
Robust client coaching and mentoring abilities, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and outcome-driven support.
Knowledge of basic finance and credit concepts,
especially in the context of MSMEs, and the ability to explain them in simple language.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Organizational and documentation skills to track sessions, client progress, and follow-up actions accurately.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for client management, scheduling, and reporting.
Prior experience in coaching, training, financial advisory, or MSME support roles is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, psychology, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
