We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team while driving technical excellence, product delivery, and engineering productivity. This role combines people management with strong technical leadership and offers the prospect to influence architecture, engineering practices, and product strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong software development background, proven experience managing engineering teams, and hands-on expertise in building scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications. You will work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 software engineers across one or more product areas.
Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact software projects.
Collaborate with Product Managers,



Designers, QA, and other stakeholders to define and execute product roadmaps.
Provide technical direction through architecture discussions, design reviews, and engineering best practices.
Participate in hands-on coding and technical problem-solving when required.
Ensure timely delivery of scalable, reliable, secure, and high-quality software systems.
Conduct regular 1:1s, establish goals, provide performance feedback, and support team members' career development.
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design discussions, automation, and development standards.
Participate in architectural decisions and guide teams on technical direction.
Identify and resolve system performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
Drive effective SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, team structuring, and engineering capacity planning.
