Job Description Salary 35-40 Lakhs per annum We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably within a BPO/KPO, MVNO, Telecom, Digital Services, or high-volume B2C workplace. About the Role The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, robust financial controls, and efficient management of end-to-end accounting operations through finalization of accounts. Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Develop and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and accounting processes. Manage and mentor finance teams across multiple accounting functions.
