Job Description Salary 40-50 Lakhs per annum We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably within a BPO/KPO, MVNO, Telecom, Digital Services, or high-volume B2C setting. About the Role The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, robust financial controls, and efficient management of end-to-end accounting operations through finalization of accounts. Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Leadership Lead and manage the end-to-end Finance & Accounting function. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.



Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Develop and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and accounting processes. Manage and mentor finance teams across multiple accounting functions. General Ledger & Financial Reporting Oversee General Ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of all financial records. Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments. Ensure timely closure of books and preparation of management reports.
