Role Description The HVAC BIM Modeller will develop and manage detailed BIM models for HVAC systems within building projects, ensuring coordination with other disciplines and adherence to project standards. Responsibilities include interpreting design and construction drawings, modeling mechanical components,



updating models based on design changes, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and MEP professionals to resolve clashes and maintain model integrity. The role involves preparing documentation and views needed for construction, assisting in quantity take-offs related to HVAC elements, and maintaining model quality and data consistency throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close coordination with project teams and timely delivery of modeling tasks.
Qualifications
Solid proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience creating and managing detailed HVAC models.
Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, especially HVAC design principles and coordination with other building services.
Ability to interpret and work from architectural and construction drawings, translating 2D documents in
