About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and real-estate lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate high-quality property leads and site visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max & Demand Gen campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real-estate projects.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis & campaign planning.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality and ROI/ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
- Create and test different ad copies, landing pages, keywords and audience segments.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.




- Analyze lead quality and coordinate with the sales team to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, platform changes and real-estate digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads & PPC.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Lead Generation.
- Positive understanding of Google Analytics 4, GTM & conversion tracking.
- Strong knowledge of CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC and conversion funnels.
- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of landing pages and lead funnels.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.

Preferred
- Experience with Meta Ads is an added advant
