Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Noida (Knowledge Park) . The Field Sales Executive will identify and onboard new education institute partners, maintain relationships with existing partners,



and promote Propelld’s financing solutions to drive learner adoption. The role involves visiting institutes, meeting key stakeholders, understanding their program structures, and presenting tailored financing offerings. The executive will track sales activities, prepare reports, and share market feedback with internal teams to refine products and strategies. Collaboration with operations, risk, and customer support teams is expected to ensure smooth implementation of financing solutions and a positive experience for partner institutes and learners.

Qualifications
Robust skills in field sales, business development, and relationship management with institutional partners.
aEffective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to work with technology-driven processes.
