About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Senior Key Account Executive to manage and grow key Up-to-date Trade accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across West regional retail chains, building strong relationships with buyers, ensuring excellent in-store execution, and coordinating with distributors and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Modern Trade accounts and maintain strong relationships with category buyers and store teams.
- Achieve monthly primary (sell-in) and secondary (sell-out) sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Drive new SKU listings, assortment expansion, and ensure product availability across stores.
- Coordinate shelf space, displays, POSM placement, gondola ends, and promotional activities to maximize visibility.
- Track sales performance, analyze sell-out data, and share business updates with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure planogram compliance and execute Visual Merchandising initiatives across assigned stores.




- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely stock replenishment, minimize stock-outs, and maintain service levels.
- Execute seasonal promotions, bundle offers, sampling activities, and in-store campaigns.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, account trackers, and monthly performance reviews.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to execute chain-specific initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts and support onboarding of new Modern Trade partners.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Modern Trade or Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty, Skincare, Pharma, or D2C brands .
- Hands-on experience managing national or regional Modern Trade chains, especially pharmacy and beauty retailers.
- Good understanding of Modern Trade operations, distributor management, and retail execution.
