Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Daily activities include researching target markets, contacting potential clients, presenting Wastely Aqua’s wastewater restoration and recycling solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.



The position also involves maintaining account information, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and representing the company at meetings, events, and presentations to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong Current Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with a proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
Solid Business and Account Management capabilities, including managing client portfolios and supporting long-term partnerships.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
Experience in sales or business development, ideally in environmental services, water treatment, sustainability, or related sectors.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on-site and remote settings.
