What would you do? The Learning & Development Content Associate Manager (CL8) is responsible for leading the development, quality, and governance of learning content across multiple programs.
The role ensures that learning assets are instructionally sound, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with regional and global standards. This position partners with learning strategists, instructional designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact learning experiences across digital and blended formats.
What are we looking for?
Relevant years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or learning content roles
Prior experience leading content development or quality review teams
Experience working with global or regional stakeholders preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Communications, or related field
Post-graduate qualification or certification in Learning & Development or Instructional Design is desirable
