Accuracy, confidentiality, and meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) are key responsibilities. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions

What are we looking for? Process employee data changes (promotions, transfers, salary-related data updates where applicable, manager changes, etc.). Support onboarding and offboarding activities. Handle leave administration, benefits administration, and employee records. Update HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or other HR tools. Respond to HR service requests received via email or ticketing systems. Validate documents and ensure data accuracy. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs
