What would you do? The Learning & Development Content – Senior Analyst (CL10) is responsible for designing, developing,



and maintaining high-quality learning content aligned to instructional design standards and business objectives. The role independently delivers learning assets across digital, virtual, and blended formats, ensuring instructional accuracy, learner engagement, and compliance with quality and accessibility standards. This role collaborates with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Preferred: Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field
Relevant years of experience in Learning & Development content design and development
Proven experience developing learning content in a corporate or skilled L&D; environment
