About the Role

We're looking for a Senior SDR to play a key role in building our outbound sales pipeline.
You'll own prospecting across the US market, engage decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, qualify prospects, and create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
This is a hands-on,



high-ownership role for someone who understands outbound sales, is comfortable with cold calling, and wants to grow in a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup.

What You'll Do

Own outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
Research prospects and personalize outreach based on their business needs
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Build and execute effective outbound sequences and prospecting campaigns
Experiment with messaging, channels, and outreach strategies to improve conversion
Consistently achieve and exceed meeting and pipeline generation targets
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM
Track key outbound metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and effective follow-ups
