Job Description: This role requires someone with great Workplace administrative experience of minimum 8-11 years especially in the IT office technical domain who can run the sites >500,000 square feet with incredible accuracy of maintenance schedules as well as have a fantastic background in working on mid-large-scale fit-out projects with A grade finish.

Some of the Roles & Responsibilities outlined below are a part of our operations:

A. DAILY OPERATIONS




• Managing day to day technical operations supported by the onsite support team.
• Coordinating with the technical manpower agency in case there is a shortage or any operational issue with the technical support.
• Ensuring upkeep & smooth running of the all the technical Infrastructure & MEP services.
• Ensuring to have adequate stock of spares at site to manage the site operations.
• Taking feedback from employees / Managers, working with team on corrective action.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance services for all the technical equipment must be executed as per the yearly preventive maintenance calendar.
• Ensuring timely renewals for all AMC contracts (HVAC, UPS, FAS/PA, ELECTRICAL PANEL, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, RO SYSTEM, LMS / BMS, ETC.) as per the site requirements.
• Maintaining all AMC and technical records at site in a systematic way.
