The Role: Accounts Officer

This is not a repetitive, back-bench bookkeeping role. You will independently command the end-to-end financial ecosystem of a premium portfolio of 5–6 international companies. You will serve as the core client liaison, orchestrate flawless month-end closures, and architect high-impact MIS reports that business leaders rely on for strategic decision-making.

Main Accountabilities

· Portfolio Ownership:



Manage independent end-to-end bookkeeping, general ledgers, and accounts finalization for 5–6 companies.
· Financial Reporting: Keep all ledgers audit-ready; generate precise monthly P&L; statements, Balance Sheets, and strategic MIS reports.
· Receivables Management: Oversee accounts receivable pipelines and actively lead payment follow-ups.
· Operations & Invoicing: Manage inventory tracking, generate Delivery Orders (DOs), and structure project-based invoicing against timelines.
· Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small, highly cooperative team of junior accountants.
· Data Organization: Ensure flawless, policy-compliant filing and digital document management.

Technical Skills Required

· Accounting Ecosystems: Hands-on expertise in global software like Xero, MYOB, Sage, or QuickBooks.
· Advanced MS Excel: Absolute mastery of data functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements,
