About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong .NET Product Support Engineer with deep expertise in US Healthcare applications, .NET technologies, SQL Server, application integrations, and production support.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting healthcare management systems and a solid understanding of healthcare business processes, including claims processing, advantages management, and provider network management.
This role requires strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities, with the ability to investigate application incidents, debug APIs and middleware logs, analyze complex SQL data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement minor application fixes or patches in C#/.NET.
