Role Description The Chief Business Officer will lead the strategic growth, business development, and operational execution across Fynomics Financials’ core service lines. This full time,



on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad involves overseeing market expansion, driving revenue growth, and managing key partnerships with businesses, investors, and advisory experts. The role includes developing and implementing business strategies, aligning financial solutions with client needs, and working closely with leadership to refine service offerings and go-to-market plans. The Chief Business Officer will guide cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure delivery quality across consulting, financial advisory, and compliance services. Day-to-day responsibilities also include stakeholder management, risk assessment, and representing the organization in high-level client and investor discussions.
