Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end SoC development
programs from architecture and design through verification, tape-out, silicon bring-up, validation, and
production readiness.
The role requires close coordination with architecture, RTL design, verification, physical design, firmware,
BSP, validation, hardware, foundry, and external partner teams.

Key Responsibilities
· Drive cross-functional teams to meet Product Development Process milestones.
· Develop and maintain detailed schedules covering SoC architecture, RTL design, verification,
physical design, tape-out, fabrication, and silicon validation.
· Track deliverables, dependencies, critical paths, and engineering milestones.
· Identify technical, schedule, resource, and supplier risks and drive mitigation plans.




· Serve as the primary communication focal point for internal teams, overseas partners,
foundries, IP vendors, OEMs, and customers.
· Coordinate IP integration, design reviews, verification closure, timing closure, DFT readiness,
and tape-out activities.
· Track silicon, evaluation board, component, and lab readiness for pre-silicon and post-silicon
validation.
· Manage BOM and material readiness for evaluation boards, reference platforms, and
engineering builds.
· Coordinate firmware, BSP, device-driver, board bring-up, and silicon-validation activities.
· Maintain program dashboards, risk registers, action trackers, and executive status reports.
· Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolution across engineering and external partner
teams.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
